DELIVERY POLICY

Artwork purchased directly through the checkout on our website has a subsidised delivery charge.

jenniferhogwood.com provides an efficient and reliable dispatch service. All orders are sent from the UK. Deliveries to UK addresses are sent on a next day, fully tracked delivery service and overseas orders are sent airmail using our tough postal tubes. Limited editions and rare prints will also require a signature on arrival.
Due to the hand made nature of our Jennifer Hogwood products, each item is bespoke and made to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 10 to 15 business days. If your print is delayed by more than 15 business days we will keep you informed of the expected dispatch date via email. You can then choose to either wait for the goods to be delivered, accept a refund or pick an alternative item from our stock.
