1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website and directly from Jeninfer Hogwood (the Artist). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Information
Each painting and limited edition print is an original and described as accurately as possible. Due to variations in screens and photography, colours may appear slightly different in person.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Delivery
All items are bespoke framed to order. We aim to dispatch all artwork within 5–10 working days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on location and artwork size. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

5. Returns & Refunds
Under UK law, consumers purchasing goods online have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, this right does not apply to bespoke or personalised items, including commissioned artwork.

We will accept returns of eligible original artworks within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that:
- You notify us in writing within that timeframe (email is acceptable)
- The artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs
- You must arrange tracked and insured return shipping that covers the full value of the artwork.

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you miss the return window, we may offer an exchange or credit note at our sole discretion, but we are under no obligation to do so.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for artworks purchased in person, unless they are faulty.

6. Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a refund, exchange, or repair as appropriate.

7. Exchanges
If you change your mind within the return window and wish to exchange your artwork for another, we are happy to accommodate this, subject to availability and any price differences.

8. Intellectual Property
All artwork and images on this website are the intellectual property of Jennifer Hogwood. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the artwork or content without written permission.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
